Starlets of Pawsperity has been a godsend! My year old fox "terror-ier" is full of energy and cannot go a whole work day cooped up inside.  I used to have to go home every single day at lunch, but now I have the freedom to have a lunch date, run errands, etc......which is a big help!  More importantly, Benjamin loves his Stephanie and the focused attention he receives.  The service is 100% dependable and they always leave a detailed note so I know how the visit went. Benjamin and I highly recommend this pet service!

We arrived home a couple of hours ago to two of the happiest, well taken care of dogs in Texas!! We can't thank you enough and Jennifer is absolutely perfect. I wanted to let you know and also to tell you that Kristie and Tuffy also are fine and send their warmest regards. Our trip was so great knowing that we had no worries with the girls. Hell, they didn't even know we were missing and funniest thing is that they were looking for Jennifer to come see them. I fed them but they still decided to sit by the gate and wait for Jennifer - so that says it all!! They can tell you how they were taken care of by their demeanor. Again, our deepest and sincerest thanks for yall - If you have any customers that have a doubt, just have them call either Joe or I and we will be glad to give you a stellar recommendation!

Bill and I wanted to let you know how impressed we are with your services. Wow – we have had others in the past take care of our doxies but never anyone to send us photo updates of our dogs. The photos sent to us allowed us to see our dogs safe and being well cared for which allowed us to rest more comfortably while away. We also appreciated that you washed their bowls after feeding and left everything so perfectly clean for us to return home to. Thank you so very much for taking care of our babies. I have used Starlets on many occasions, and know that my fur babies are well taken care of. When we come home, the dogs almost look disappointed that its us and not Stefanie. Dixie, our 12 year old Australian Cattle dog, has had 2 ACL repairs and there are days she just isnt herself. While we were away, Dixie had one of these days. Starlets realized that we were out of pain pills, called the Vet, and picked up the pills so Dixie would not suffer. Going that extra mile, made me feel that Dixie is truly being watched and cared for, not just fed and taken out to go potty. They pay attention to the dogs actions, demeanor and habits for anything out of the ordinary, and that is peace of mind for me. And the pictures they send me always put a smile on my face.

I am not an avid "review writer", but felt I needed to let everyone who has pets know how wonderful this company is! I was VERY hesitant to even go away and leave my pets with any of my family members......so my search began for a place/company that could make me feel comfortable in going away for vacation. I even visited some "resort type places" in my area, but they all just seemed so impersonal and not customized at all. So I called and spoke with the owner, Stephanie. She made me feel comfortable right away and understood why I was so hesitant. She told me her personal story and I felt a sense of peace that maybe i found the answer. We continued to talk about how she could cater her services to what my specific needs were for my younger dog and then my older dog. She said there would be no problems at all. So we met the pet-sitter who would care for our dogs and they absolutely LOVED her right away. Especially the treats and toys she brought them! I was truly impressed with those personal touches and the brochure she brought too. So although still a bit hesitant, I booked their services. Well, knowing how nervous I was, Stephanie took the time to call me a few days before our petcare was going to start to see if I had any additional questions or concerns and also to just make me feel at ease. Again....I was very impressed that she cared enough to understand how hard this was for me. So the first day of petcare we received 3 text messages and pictures. Made me and my husband feel so much better knowing we could see them and hear about their demeanor and how the dogs responded to Nancy. We were gone for a week and received wonderful pictures/videos and updates on our home and pets each day. I don't think I can even put into words what it meant to us to be able to enjoy our first vacation in 10 years! So to say that this company has added to our quality of life now is an understatement! I now am looking to go on a cruise next year and you better believe this company will be the first ones I call to book overnight care for my babies. Do not hesitate to give them a try. I never got to thank you for taking care of my babies. The pictures are cute and it was a comfort knowing that I did not have to worry about boarding them up in a kennel. I really appreciate all of what you did.
