It’s Simple Really…......
At Starlets of Pawsperity Pet-Sitting Services, we realize that choosing "THE RIGHT" pet-care services company is extremely important. Allowing someone to come into your home or letting your pet(s) stay at a pet-sitter's home can be a stressful endeavor. Our aim is to simplify this process as much as possible and allow you and your pet(s) to feel comfortable with your pet-care choice.
Seeing the chemistry between a pet and their future pet-sitter is an amazing thing....... and watching that bond form is very important.
For all of those reasons, we offer a "FREE" Meet and Greet Consultation to all of our new clients prior to the start of any pet-care service you choose.
The process is a simple one:
1. CONTACT US
It all begins the moment you contact us. You can do so by calling, e-mailing, or by simply filling out the "Contact Us" form on the website. 2. COMPLETE THE ONLINE REGISTRATION
We try to be as "green" to the environment and as "safety conscious" as possible. For that reason, everything for the company is online. From our registration process, scheduling of services, as well as our invoicing. The online registration process will take anywhere from 20 minutes to 45 minutes, depending upon how many pets you have. Once you have decided that our pet-care services is the right choice for you and your pet(s), please click on the icon below that says "Schedule Your Pet" and you will complete the process.
Once the registration process is completed, an email is received by the Owner of the company notifying her a new client has registered. Then the next step can begin.
3. SCHEDULE THE MEET & GREET CONSULTATION
A mutually agreed upon date and time will be chosen for the Meet and Greet Consultation. This meeting will take anywhere from 30 minutes to 60 minutes. Your dedicated pet-sitter will get a chance to meet your pet(s), establish a bond, and ask any additional questions that might not have been addressed in the registration process. You will walk the pet-sitter through your daily pet routine AND point out important aspects of your home. (where your pet(s) eat/drink, location of food/treats, litter box, garbage, cleaning supplies, sleeping routine, etc....)
Before departing, we will ask for a few items:
- Set of keys (2 are needed-one stays at the office and one for the pet-sitter)
- Garage door opener (if applicable)
If paying via check or cash, payment for your visit will be collected. If paying via paypal or credit card, it will be charged a few day's prior to your start of services.
**If you choose to have your pet stay at a pet-sitter's home, the Meet and Greet Consultation will take place at the home of the pet-sitter. **
4. SCHEDULING YOUR SERVICES
In most cases, you will know the dates you are looking to book services for prior to the Meet and Greet Consultation. Once the online registration has been completed, your services will be booked into the software system by the Owner of the company and you will receive an email confirmation showing the services you have chosen and the cost of your pet-care services.
If you are booking weeks or months in advance, you will be contacted a few days prior to your scheduled services as a "reminder".
5. PAYMENT OPTIONS
We proudly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, PayPal, Checks or Cash. You will complete which payment option you prefer in the online registration. Your "payment option" choice can change if you prefer each time you book services. You will simply need to update your "payment option" with each new booking.
*Payments should be made prior to services being rendered.*
- Cash Option-it may be left on the first day of service for the pet-sitter.
- Check Option-it may be mailed in the self-addressed stamped envelope provided during the Meet and Greet Consultation.
- Paypal Option-an invoice will be emailed a few days prior to the start of the service.
- Credit Card Option-your credit card will be charged a few days prior to the start of the service.
